Frequently Asked Questions
Do you print my order?
No. Since you have ordered a digital illustration, I will send a PNG and JPEG file of your final product to the email you provided in the Request Form! That means no delivery costs or agonizing wait times to get your product. You then can print to your preferences.
How do I make payments?
Payments will be made through PayPal. Details will be given after the contract is signed.
What is your process?
After properly completing the Request Form, I will send you an email to get your order details alongside a short contract for you to sign and agree to before I start the order. Once everything is signed, I ask for reference photos of the characters to ensure I give you the best result!
Because of high demand, I do not offer revisions on orders. So be as specific as possible (ex: bios, photos, mood boards...)
When does the countdown start for my order delivery?
Once I have your signed contract, details of your order, and notable creative references.
The longer you wait to provide that information, unfortunately, reflects when you will receive your product, so please be on top of communication and have your resources ready!
